Besococo founder, Deepa Jayaraman, creates very modern chocolates using traditional processes, with each batch lovingly made with the freshest of ingredients. Deepa uses locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
As a rule, I opt for dairy-free chocolates but this little selection was hard to resist. As each batch is made fresh, the chocolates have a limited shelf life so I made sure I ate them in good time! The selection didn’t have a menu so I was left guessing about some of the flavours. However, ginger, coffee, and salted caramels were easily eliminated from the game. I also remember selecting a pistachio truffle, which once I bit into it, I could be certain I had made the right choice.
